For Repair Techs
It is a well-known fact that the majority of clarinet manufacturers do not provide their new instruments to dealers in good enough condition for a discerning, advancing musician to be able to make a solid purchase decision. Equally, the majority of dealers either do not invest in setting them up to make them truly playable, or charge a significant amount of money to do so which they pass on to their customers. While it’s clear that it’s impossible to mass produce instruments and achieve an artisan, hand finished result, as manufacturers ourselves we do not wish for our customers to be left to deal with this problem when trying to make an expensive and important buying decision; nor do we feel its fair they have to pay more for it.
As such, we have set up a master repair facility for parts and service in Baltimore with Steve Ocone for Royal Musical Instruments. However, we are seeking to establish additional relationships with other professional clarinet repair shops throughout the US who will become familiar with our instrument desired initial set-up specifications, are willing to service instruments for customers either before or after the sale, offer full service post sales overhaul services to teachers and customers, and whom we will refer our teachers and their students to through out the United States.
