Evaluating and purchasing ROYAL products is simple. While we don’t offer “free” trials of our products, we are happy to ship products to you after prepayment and accept returns within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. This means we expect the return package to be in the mail within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Should you decide to return products, you will receive a credit for the products returned through the same payment method made. You will then be responsible for the cost of return shipping, with package tracking.
Want to try two clarinets and only purchase one? No worries. Purchase both online and return the one you don’t want for a refund. If, by chance, you are looking to compare our instrument to a Buffet, feel free to reach out to Lisa’s Clarinet Shop and they can set up a Buffet trial for you.
An Important Reminder: ROYAL Clarinets and Accessories purchased directly from ROYAL Musical Instruments whether for intended trial, or not, are subject to inspection upon return. Products damaged on trial will not be refunded and will be returned to the purchaser. This includes scratches, dents and nicks in products and any modification or customization of products during the trial period. EDUCATOR TRIAL PACKS:
For Music Educators interested in experiencing ROYAL Musical Instruments and accessories for their entire studio, ROYAL Musical offers trial packages for large groups.
For the trial, ROYAL Musical Instruments will need the makes and models of the clarinets for which the trial will occur, as well as the preferred barrel lengths required. Please also send any specific ROYAL model preferences, such as WEIN, Legend or Cohler Barrels or Bells. Please also include the school mailing address and contact information, as well as the number of students in the studio and the proposed dates of any future Clarinet Days.
Educator trial packs are subject to a fifteen (15) day term from the date the package is received at the school. Following the trial, all products not purchased must be returned to ROYAL Musical Instruments using the specific return shipping information below. Please note that the educator requesting the package is responsible for the return of the productions in the condition they were received in. WHEN RETURNING ROYAL PRODUCTS:
Products being returned to ROYAL Musical Instruments are the responsibility of the purchaser or trial holder until they are received at back to us. For this reason, we strongly recommend you select package tracking upon the return of products. In addition, please keep the following in mind when returning products on trial:
- Individually wrap barrels and bells in tissue, bubble wrap or original packaging
- Wrap instrument cases in paper, bubble wrap or use the original packaging
- Include a list of what is being returned and a copy of the original invoice
RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking. For example: FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service, are all carriers that offer safe and reliable delivery with tracking. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the product to us. If we incur any fees on your behalf, those costs will be billed back to you.
